Canard. I don't believe he took him out, just "smashed into his right arm"

Canard whiskey throttled into him. I noticed in his interview he wasn't moving his right arm at all. I hope it's nothing serious, especially coming into a brutal track.

After the first race I thought Canard had a shot at a bunch of wins and maybe the championship. Now he is getting beat by riders every week that he owned in the past. If I was Honda I would try to sign Tomac for next year if Canard dosen't get back to his normal speed.

I agree. Tomac has an upside. He is struggling in the 450's now but he will not weaken. I get frustrated when the delusional expect ET to win so soon.

I understood Davi to say that someone passed him under the red cross flag before the restart, and then Canard hit him afterwards. Maybe I didn't understand it right, but...

thats what I heard..didnt hear who it was that took him out though.

Im also interested to see what happened to Canard based on past couple weeks I would guess a minor injury... The guys havent gotten that much faster since A1 and even if they had Canard would have done the same.

I agree something is up with his health. The bad starts are one thing, but qualifying behind Ronnie Mac is another.

Absolutely... he caught up to that pack it looked like to me. If he is not injured he should be fine. He can run with anybody out there and unlike RV he is in control and doesn't crash like RV does.

I support Trey and agree with what others are saying. Since the crash his results do not seem to be the most important thing in his life. Do your best on that given weekend and call it good. Too bad life does not work that way in the real world. Trey is a awesome person and will find personal happiness and financial gain outside of this sport. Amazing to think about the work he has put in to get to this level over his lifetime. Our sport needs guys like Trey. Reality is results are the measure of the man in this sport. And nothing else. I follow Trey on twitter and enjoy his posts. I can't help but think there is a larger calling for this great man than this pathetic little sport.

As far as Millsaps I watched the abbreviated main event and never seen him. So nobody took him out in my book. Thanks again cbs.

This kind of a weird thread. Everything seems a little off.

Before the restart on lap two Canard got whiskey throttle in the double double before the whoops and was wide open into the side of Davey... If you watch the broadcast you see a little of it at the bottom of the screen when they are showing Kyle's crash. On lap three Ryan D. and Davi are approching the red cross flag for Kyle and Davi rolls the double before the Triple and Ryan jumps it and catches Davi after they roll the triple in the same corner Trey hit him the lap before Ryan takes Davi front wheel out and he goes down loosing three positions.

I talked to Davi's mechanic and he said that while sitting on the line waiting for the re-start (15 min.) his arm started to swell up and had this hugh hematoma on it and he couldn't hold on and charge like he wanted too. He said he basically rode the last five laps with no feeling and arm pump in his right arm. That's why you see the ice on it at the end of the show.

From what he understood (and was told by the AMA) you can pass, jump, triple, anything you want under the yellow as long as your wheels are on the groung when you reach the Red Cross Flag... Davi had seen the Red Cross Flag and rolled the double before he had actually reached the Red Cross Flag five feet later...

Davi was fast enough at St. Louis, but his bad start doomed him especially with the top four going at it so hard & fast. If he needs to improve on anything, it would be the starts...but that would be true of everybody except Alessi! But, you're right...his starts were much better a few weeks ago.
