It sounded like Phil didn’t want to ride 250s outdoors. He said on Pulp that Kyle Peters might fill in for Jimmy D.

huh?? phil never said anything close to not wanting to race outdoors on pulp. no clue how you came up with that. he said his team hasn’t mentioned anything about it and that he stays out of it cause it stresses him out thinking about it. in fact, he said something about motocross being his specialty and it being hard when it’s not part of his program, and that he does in fact want to race motocross

it’s his team that hasn’t signed him up for outdoors. phil is much better at moto then sx
It was not mentioned in the last interview, but his reluctance was mentioned back in Sept/October when the deal was offered/on the table and Phil hadn’t signed it. Matthes made a big deal about it back then.

You would think there’s a reason why JGR hasn’t put Phil on for outdoors in the 250 class. He’s arguably the third best outdoor rider on the team and the best of all the 250 guys.

1. Bogle (won a 450 national)
2. Peick (perennial top 5 threat)
3. Nicoletti (moto podium/top 5 threat/5th in points 450s)
4. Hill (podiumed 250 national/top 5 threat when he’s feeling it)
5. Stewart (450 top 10 motos several years back TLD Honda’s)
6. Peters (best overall 9th 250 Glen Helen 2015)
7. Decotis (best overall 16th 250 Thudervalley 2017)

Hey mxjon454 why don’t you read the rest of the replies as it states I was referring to next season, it always makes me scratch my head when people only read half the story and comment 3hrs later when the full story was only 2-3 comments down lol

And a rider could get out of their contract in the middle of a season if both parties agreed
Where in your reply states next season?

You know guys like avid and uptite know way more shit than we do. Just believe it and wait and find out.. Or figure it out on yer own, it's not that hard to read between the lines

Coldenhoff, since he does not do anything in MXGP and I do not know who puts him there, so they put him in the US to see if he does something, that I doubt it.
Or Roger Decoster runs races again, maybe, who knows what this peole thinking, because, they choose very badly some riders, to be a winning team, in theory.

Scroll down 2 comments instead of stopping when you’ve had enough of reading and just want to put your 2 cents worth in, it says I was referring to next year and I explained how you could get there to see it by looking 2-3 comments down and you still couldn’t get it lol

How about Todd Waters, already over there preparing for this season, he’s s former Redbull rider and has had a podium in gp’s and can be a top 10 rider on any given day

He's doing a few races on the West coast for the IB Corp team and that's about it until next year.

Imagine if they gave Reed a bike lol.

Could they entice Bagget to the factory tent?

Who knows anything really until the B sample is tested and everything is confirmed
Barcia wont get the ride because one of the team sponsors doesnt want him.

If I was a betting man I'd bet on Bagget not going anywhere.

Give it to Mookie. I don’t think he’s racing outdoors for JGR or is he? Somebody had to say it lol

I was going to mention that it kind of looks like the dude from the Bee Gees. Parents listened to them. Close enough.

Yours won't.
