Obviously the ex-pro riders go without saying and you can usually tell who actually has a good grasp of the sport and/or is an accomplished rider. I'm often intrigued by FTE's background. He's like the 'Gandalf' of Vital Smile

I have been on the forums since 1998. Sometimes I have had different names. I started in the MCM zone then went to Motonews and Motodrive.. I have been Troy_Denn, YoT_Gamble,YoT_Pudytang and Ghost_Denn700. I have met a lot of guys that post on here that were around in 1998 and I have actually met a few in person. Some of the guys that were or are dicks on here are really cool when you get to know them in real life.

I value everyone's opinion in here, just some more than others.

Many things in here go sideways in here because nobody likes to be incorrect in their assertions. Though sometimes there can be more than one correct answer depending on perspective.

ie. The phrase : "The sky is blue" can be used.................................................... But it isn't.

In my observations, FTE and TeamGreen have the best combo of inside info/industry experience. I also like how every once in a while FTE drops a small nuke on those who show themselves worthy of receiving one.

DC gets the gold medal for coming on here, facing the music when things don't go as planned, and accepting all responsibility. His bench racing knowledge and love of the sport is also second to none.

i like and value anyone that can have normal chit chat about moto...whether its about whos gear is the best, to who has the best all around stats...no arguing, no name calling...just good ole bench racing....

on the same token, i dont care for the "oldschool" guys that think its cool to be "oldschool".....

for pure comedy...id have to go with Peely....for comedy mixed with facts and pics...im going with Rupert...

Only a couple...and it's always been that way since Bushwood. Back then you had much less garbage to sort through to get to the good stuff though.

One of the big MMA forums i visit has a pretty solid rep system in place, they only allow you so much rep per day. It seems to work good, food for thought.
