Aaron Harvey. I remember him racing in Canada for the Blackfoot Yamaha Team.

Edit: Quick search has him listed from Ohio, California and Nevada. Maybe he's originally from Ohio? His results on mini's/80's says Mansfield, Ohio. No clue.

Good list, kilbarger,herlein,rife had national numbers also. .

They are originally from Arizona though. I was thinking Trampas Parker but he's from Louisiana, and Kent Howerton (Kansas). Texas riders are mostly transplants.
