He just hasn't been healthy to put it all together in the past couple of seasons. Stoked to see him mature through his injuries, he seems way more calculated and takes less risks because of them. Stalks his competitors and makes the move after he's figured their weak points on the track with swift passes. Impressive this year, it's his title to lose IMHO

He's one of those guys like Jessie Nelson was. People tend to forget about him in the pre-season championship contenders talk, but then you see him ride, and it's like, "oh yeah, that guy rips."

Nice to see....but damn the field is decimated.
Durability is part of winning a championship. Just cause all the other riders wad themselfs trying to do what he is doing not his problem. He can only beat who shows up. (And who ever the AMA decides to put in the main event with out qualifying)

I knew he would be a podium guy, but didn’t expect him to be on this level. Regardless of a few top runners out he is on the gas. Love an underdog story.

I'm cheering for him to bring this one home. He has the consistency and the speed this year. Every time Jett puts up a number in quali, Colt goes out and takes it down. A bit unexpected actually. But I'm happy to see it.

someone needs to create an injury list for the guy. Its very impressive what hes been through and to keep racing at this level. hes always been solid, just injured before the season.

He’s riding good. Does he point out if he wins the title? (The rules change so often I can’t keep up)

No. He's safe for another year even if he wins the title.

I’m pumped for him. It’s great to see a guy have a stellar year after being off the previous sx season. Very impressive

Nice to see....but damn the field is decimated.
Craig was arguably the favorite to win the title. He came out swinging and showed it at H1. Nicholls has wiped the floor with him 3 weeks in a row. So, Ya maybe the field is light, but the title favorite is there and getting beat every week. I don't see it being any different if Forkner, Hampshire, and Jett were still in it. 2-5 would be different, but not 1st.

He looked so good before that last injury. Or was it before that? He's had it coming.
