Listening to PulpMX lately and can't figure out who Darkside is? Is he an ex-pro, a current pro, a local rider or??? I've even searched the interweb to no avail.

He was a fan of the show who somehow strong armed his way into becoming a regular personality. Not a huge fan myself, but I’m slowly coming around. Seems like a genuine guy!

Might want to consider changing the username considering the “darkside” cyber hacking group claimed responsibility for the colonial pipeline attack. A lot of people are pissed about the fuel situation now. 😀

To be fair he also has his own podcast that he seems to get pretty good guests on. I've never listened to be fair though.

Seems like a good dude who is spending his own time and money to carve out a little niche of his own in the sport, nothing wrong with that.

My interactions with him via social media have all been positive and while I have only listened to his podcast a few times, they are pretty good. He seems like a good natured blue collar guy who is aspiring for more in life. Can't hate that.

The story about him forgetting Starling’s name while interviewing him was unbelievable! Multiple face palms with Darkside! These are gifts that just keep giving for Pulp.

I don’t listen to any of the podcasts, but do watch the official press conferences and think it’s ridiculous when Daniel calls on “darkside” to ask one of the riders a question.

Mathes goes way too hard on the guy. He seems like a super cool dude. He can be a little difficult to listen to when he's running a podcast but he's getting better.
