I'm thinkingggg I'm going to go put my name on the list today for the 17' 450. Who else has done it? I'm just hoping there's not a slew of first year problems that start showing up...

I've put a lot of money in my truck's gas-tank to drive to a photo-shoot, a shoot-out and yesterday's introduction of the RX.

And I'd do it all over, again.

The bike is that good.

For me, the RX is "THE Bike".

I've got 2-3 hours on the new bike (R & RX)
4 off-road loops (RX)
3 "GP loops" at LACR where you combine both tracks (R)
2 idiot-sessions jumping stuff I shouldn't (hillsides and down rocks: RX)
At-least 40 laps on MX tracks (combined/fairly even split between R & RX)
Pssssst: I've even poached some "free-riding" time thanks to Trevor & Johnny.

The new bike shines and is very easy to just jump on and go. I'll be getting an RX for my "all around" bike in '17. I might even ride one on The Rip to Cabo. It's THAT good!

ps-yesterday I even spent a 10 lap session playing "back-n-forth" with some fastass kid named "ML512". That damn kid Roosted my face off. We were both on RXs and we were both having the time of our lives.

Thanks to Honda, Trevor Bollinger, JCR & a coupl'a dudes that say...

"If it's on the forum, it must be true."

what was your take on the RX/R on the track. Where was the RX not as good? Where was it better if it was? And did the tank create any odd things for you? I rode the 17 R at cahuilla and loved it but curious on the differences...
