Check it out carefully and you will notice his front wheel was upset (by a bump) a moment before setting up for the scrub. Kinda like the same deal as Chad Reed when he went to the moon and back.

It's almost like throwing your bike sideways on the face of a jump can sometimes go wrong. I'm glad I still have the 90s jumping style, although it doesn't impress the ladies.
