I love reading peoples bike rebuild threads, but the ones I love reading most are those where the person is going crazy with attention to detail by making their own parts for the bike.

Two that I've read recently that I was incredibly impressed by are

http://www.vitalmx.com/forums/Old-School-Moto,22/1986-build,1266012

and

http://www.kxriders.com/forums/index.php/topic,10916.105.html

Does anybody have any other links that show a similar sorts of rebuilds?

The Aussie guy who did the 96 McGrath replica. his username is something like MCFan4life. 2nd place would go to the guy just recently who did the 07RMZ250 with the KTM 200sx motor.

I've seen both of those topics. Impressive work. I would love to do a '96 McGrath 250 replica.
