Which Honda triple clamp has the bolt going through the front of the number plate?

Like the topic says..I ordered graphics for my project bike going, all for an '04 CR250. Issue is; the bike has a different number plate and top clamp, and I'm not clear on WHICH Honda's had the bolt going through the front of the number plate, as the stock one should have the bolt going through the top?

02 and 03 have to bolt in the front 04 and on have the bolt on top...
