I'd say after a serious few months of training he would be right at the sharp end and even lead a fair few races for a few laps, but then fade to around the top 10 by the end of the races. His speed and skill is as good as any current rider, but a 40 year old body is just not gonna have the same performance as a 25 year old one with similar training

Id guess just off leaders pace for a good 2 fast laps off the start then settling in for a finish around 10-13.

Tomac is obvious but in Moto, I watched a sub par Kenny for the most part run rough shot on Webb unless he was having issues or Millville and give me Musquin 9 times out of 10 over Webb outdoors. Musquin crashed it seemed every other start and was easily ahead of Webb. Maybe relative old age takes a tick off of Musquin then Webb moves up. This of course is outdoors. But outdoors if Tomac and Roczen are 100% healthy Webb is most likely a non factor, maybe a moto win here or there.
I was including sx series, and webb has them covered.

73 was my max, measured by coaching staff 1983. There are Legendary players in nyc. At 5,10 they can knock a quarter off the top of a square back board. On a Olympic yr check out the Penn relays, high jumpers and sprinters will blow your mind. That 63.5 guy is too thick, not A record anyway. Real jumpers are 6,1 1/2 161 lbs freak of flight. I Loved dunking on d1 players in 9th grade, quick poof tomahawk, there’s your lunch, dinner. You have to name the dunks, just like Chocolate Thunder.Smile

I will say Brent Grimes, who played in the NFL, and went to a local D2 school by me apparently would jump up and be able to touch the top of the backboard, something similar and be able to knock a quarter off the top. He is 5'9" or 5'10". Supposedly his vertical is 42".

With all that said, I question your 73". I find it amazing someone did 63".

1983 wasn’t very scientific, numbers on tape. Reach up staff writes the number down. Coach starts yelling let’s see it, show em, Come on. I kick my legs loose, bend legs with both arms all the way back- might be illegal. No body knew. Then launch only focus is my middle finger hitting the highest point. Coaching staff make a mistake, it,s possible. It happens very quick. But I had d1 scouts at my games for a reason in 9&10th grade. Coaches bring me to a d1 school, match ya up with stronger players. But not as quick as me, quickness beats strength every time.

You guys just don’t get it. Put down the pipe. Friggin Keefer damn near qualified and probably will this year and as good as he is as a rider RC is elite, and has a work effort like no other. Physically 40 is just fine. Many elite athletes at that age. Wake up with some RC roost to the face! Evil
Dude Keefer was like 3 seconds a lap off from the top 36....

Depends on his mental state.... If he really wanted to do it and his heart was in it... Top 5.

11 - 1 moto scores.

Finds his groove toward the end of moto 1.

Makes bike changes for moto 2 no one else thinks of.

Holeshot. Peace out
