Where to buy fork lugs?

Looking for 2018 yz450f fork lugs. Anyone have any leads or am instuck buying the whole inner tube and lug?

2018 is suppose to have stiffer design. But mainly what I'm looking for is the larger axle dia and black coating. Im trying to see if I can put 450f wheels on the yz.

2019 has a different surface area for larger faced wheel spacers to butt up against, creating a stiffer feel. 2018, '17, '16, etc. will be roughly the same.

How about the 4 stroke clamp width? Since I'll have to use 4 stroke spacers on the 25mm axle do the yz and yzf share the same width at the clamps? I could custom machine spacers if necessary.
