Last year I bought a yz250 which came with a gytr by hgs pipe and muffler and holeshot button so that saved me buying those. Suspension wise i put a heavier rear spring on and that's it. I've had previous yz's revalved and while it was better than stock I don't think it was $800 better. Other than that I replace things when they wear out
