Kawasaki had a #2 rider that could win a main event? I’m talking in the last 10 years. Savatgy is legit and will win one of these things eventually.

Joey had a good night! Led most of the race. He keeps improving!

I do not know about winning. The whole race watching how he was bunching up the pack I never thought he would make the podium tonight.

Wiemer, Millsaps, Grant...although I don’t like Savatgy he looks solid. He has put his 250 days behind and moved forward. Get rid of the J1 helmet and maybe I can stand watching him a little more?

Learned that from the team as well.

Ehhh I don’t think either of those dudes got close to a win when they were on factory Kawasaki. I do agree on the J1 deal lol I wish he had stuck with fox or something similar

He was flying but got tired, it was obvious as ever when the anchor came out. But hey, running that pace had to have been brutal. He will get there soon enough.

You’re stuck in time I guess. 10 years ago is 2009. Look it up and you’ll be surpised.

Millsaps signed with Kawi after some really solid years on the Rockstar Suzuki/KTM team. He never lived up to expectations after that but def had potential to win. Weimer wasn’t great indoors but was really solid outdoors. Grant had great potential too but def the least “top tier” out of these three. Just my opinion though.

Kawi needs to get that bike figured out on hard landings, the end of the second lane tripling into the corner (then leading into a flat inside that sent them to the main triple lip) that bike just slammed and popped up. Same thing happened before the corner leading into the small dragons back that went over the start. That bike does not land hard very good, neither bike looked good. The ktm and Honda pushed threw those spots without ever getting that disrupted, one rider would be fighting the bike while the other had a bike that barely felt the hit. The kawi is to aggressive.

Not a Joey fan at all, I thought he would struggle in the 450 class. He has proven me somewhat wrong so far. He has struggled with finishing races his whole career, I think that is the hurdle he has to get over soon to be a contender.

Totally agree, it's so obvious when you watch races.

Keep in mind that he is down on main event laps and clean night programs. Even more so with laps out front.

At one point when Weimer just got on the factory 450 he was grabbing podiums here and there.
