Seriously though why in the part of the country that gets rain 9/10 months of the year and who tf is having it built!?
It is on 2 acres and I asked for the most physical track possible. I had no idea a MX track could be so tiring. I have a long sand whoop section and large doubles, off camber turns and speed bumps before the doubles to mess up your drive. I can ride about 20 -30 minutes seat time max then I have to jump in the pool before I spontaneously com bust.
I can ride 2 hours on the seat at Rio if that gives you a comparison. Emil helped design it. I highly recommend him. It is so nice to ride out of your garage and not have to load, unload and drive 45 minutes to deal with spodes.
By the time I can afford something like that I will be too old to ride moto.

The best part is not having to wait until 10 AM to ride. In SE Texas, it is about 90 degrees and 90% humidity at 10 AM. I am done riding at 7:30 AM, showered and at my desk by 8AM for work.
Now I am waiting for my Agricultural exemption to kick in so my property taxes will come down a lot.
He used a big Cat and Front loader.
