The Fox Proframe is super good for wearing under the jersey.

I have the One Industries Interceptor and it's very similar to the Fox, BUT it has a raised piece in the back to accept neck braces (I don't wear one) which makes wearing it underneath not possible. Luckily it still looks cool on the outside... cause that's what matters, right? laughing

I wear an atlas too and with a fox proframe. Fits well but wear it over my jersey.

I wear this it had removable padding so you can fit your neck brace its not heavy padding though Id say more on the light side it depends what you look for the shoulders and elbows are hardshell the rest is impact absorbing foam.

Do a search on chest protectors on Vital MX the forum section and you'll see just about everything out there. Hope you'll consider a model that also covers your spine.

Good luck!

EDIT: The protective shirt would not work in high temps for this cowboy.

Fox Proframe here too. Very comfortable, and you can remove the back if you want.

Then you definitely want a hard plastic one. The most comfortable plastic chest protector that can be worn underneath is definitely the Proframe.

It is going to be a challenge to find one that will fit well with your atlas brace.

Nice seeing how much of your back is covered plus excellent chest and rib protection
