I watched the video over and over and he was trying to grab Covington bars
to make him also crash...?
Didn't Dylan Ferrandis kick his foot out at another rider and a DNF?

I know it looks like has hand is on his own bars, but if you watch the video in slow motion
a couple time over.... You'll see he was grabbing his bars, and by the way he fell.

Seewer was not trying to grab Covingtons bars. They collided and Seewer highsided into him. I don't know how long you think Seewer's arms are

His bike went into neutral, lost engine braking and hit Covington by accident... He'd been passing guys in that corner all weekend and had the pass made without needing the contact

You need to zoom and enhance some more....
