92 rm250. Bike is older than I am and have double the money invested in it than it's worth.... I would have been better off buying a complete bike instead of a rusty frame sitting in a field or even a new bike but this one is mine.

My 1975 Honda MR50. It was my first dirtbike at 9 yrs old. I found a very nice survior in 2008 and restored it. It now resides in my home office, and everytime I see it, it reminds me of where my mx passion started.

Looks showroom! Definitely a labor of love.

Best friend Don died of cancer last yr, did not want to see it go as it sat for 8 years so I restored it like he would do and make him proud to get ready for the next owner.

2013 Honda CRF250R with a Tom Zont race engine. I can’t get rid of it. It works better than any other bike for stadium racing for me. TzR put a big bore kit in it and it has an awesome motor. I love that bike but i blew her up last weekend. I’m awaiting the repair costs but i’m gonna do it no matter what

1984 Honda CR125. I bought this bike last year in boxes. It was supposed to be -85/86 model and intially I was going to use those parts as a spare parts for my -86 CR125. Once I got it to my garage it became quite obvious that the parts where quite different to -86 model bike and I wasn't going to be able use much of it. Luckily there was pretty much complete bike in those boxes. Because I couldn't use the parts as a spares I decided to start assembling the bike and I hope to get it in rideable condition this summer.

1986 cr125 that I bought about 5 years ago to dabble in vintage racing. It was soon followed by an 89 cr250 and an 86 cr500. They have most recently been joined by the 93 cr250.

My current project is a 1980 CT110, which also qualifies as the oldest bike I currently own. I've got a little head start on you :)...

I don't think we got the CT110 in the UK.... and sadly our country is gripped in frenzy to build and customise the C90 , so loads are being butchered and made worthless, but they are trying to sell them for stupid money.

I have found NOS forks and a used Swingarm, what I need next is a fuel tank, then the rest will come.. motor is a 107 pit bike motor, I will look at getting the right push rod engine at some point.

I will try and get it registered, to use as a runabout, and stick it in the back of my RV .

I’ve got a 1951 BSA Bantam with a 1987 KX125 engine in it. I built it for “Day in the Dirt” type stuff. It’s effed up how it spits roost and want to climb on the back wheel

These pics make me laugh and cry at the same time...
What's the deal with the chain at the front?

Cool build.

Honda cr250 1986 which I’ve owned for fifteen years, I did a few evo races when I first finished the rebuild then parked her up until my Son,who was fifteen at the time, decided he wanted to race her,so I gave her a check over and he raced at a few evo events until riding his modern bike took over again. I put her up for sale just before the covid 19 shitstorm happened, might just keep her instead.

95 CR 125 MXA Project 2016- This is a Jay Clark project bike. (He was very patient with the shipping company hassle to get it sent to me in Georgia) He’s got some cool builds over at JayClarkent.com It’s a really fun bike.

72 CL125 ... neighbor was moving and didn't want to move it. It was given to him by an uncle. No paperwork on it but that won't be a huge issue. Since I'm not pic posting savy you'll have to see what it's going to look like again someday. Yes it's the exact same color scheme as the link.

Great thread. This is my '82 Honda CR250 that I got in '82 as a Honda "B" support ride from a St. Louis area Honda dealer. I raced it locally for two years then put it in my in-laws' basement for over 10 years while we lived in another city with no dirt bike storage capacity. When we moved back to town, we pulled it out of the basement, added fuel, coolant and fresh oil and it fired 3rd kick. When vintage racing opened to this era bike a few years later, I began racing it in AHRMA and other clubs' vintage events. The bike has always been fast versus its peers. A few years ago, I had the chance to compare the cylinder to an NOS 82 cylinder I had -- BIG difference. Someone at Honda Japan or AHM obviously did a little porting work on this motor before I picked it up 38 years ago.

This is the oldest bike I own.
1977 JR50
Not the exact one that I had as a kid but very similar. My grandfather won my original JR50 at the Canadian Suzuki dealer show as a door prize. This particular one was purchased from the family dealership tho and I acquired it as payment for a work swap rebuilding a set a forks and shock for the owner of the machine shop I was working for 16 years ago.

1973 z50. It has a Lifan 125 motor and klx110 forks with an extended swingarm. I found it in my grandpa in law's garage and he let me have it.

I know, I've butchered it. But I still have all the stock parts.
