What’s THE Most Expensive Aftermarket Part You Bought For Your Bike ? Did It Help ?

A GYTR head for 1 of my previous YZ250Fs. I thought it was a decent upgrade but not a total game-changer.

One tooth larger rear sprocket on 125. Good improvement. Rutledge flannel seat cover. Worst mistake.

1-800-Collect Honda graphics kit for my 1996 CR80. No improvements in regards to lap times but I did feel faster jk

I bought an OEM tube once. Still making payments on that beast....

Forgot about my 04 cr125 stroker crank mod, the shop added a 2mm ovr bore. I didn’t want that. That was a big bill, then ups lost the engine for 6 months or so. Found it in there warehouse. Riding season was over. Then the bike is stolen on 4-5 along with other cr125,s. I never got to race it. April 5th is the worst day ever, coming up soon too.

In my humble opinion WPs cone valves are expensive but worth every penny. They're like having insurance in case shit happens. I still jump every jump at all of our tracks here in New England BUT I also make more mistakes on them with over and under jumping them than ever and that's where the CVs shine.

I lost so many races on the last lap its a sin. Mostly because I couldn't pull the clutch in anymore. I got the Rekluse auto clutch and if I had that through my racing days it would of changed a lot of finishes.

An Athena 490 big bore kit for my 08 crf450. It definitely helped me pull lots of these over the years!
