What OP meant was actual racing, not some dude yarding everyone by 5 minutes every race.

I fucking hope tomac stays healthy and puts it to RV

watching RV pull away from everyone at the Utah national was fucking amazing. i have never watched someone yard the field like that, ever (besides '07 MXdN). it was truly something to witness live, that's for sure. i watched all of Ricky's dominant career and have never seen that kind of RC domination until RV, he's THAT much better than everyone right now and it's scary.

that said, i really hope Tomac has a couple good years against RV. i don't see it happening right off the bat, but that kid has some serious potential.

I'm right there with yall both. . . I want to see both RV and Eli make it through next year healthy. I hope ET can compete from day one but I think he's going to hit another learning curve his first year which is why I say Eli will be there in 2 years.

As for what MX and SX is missing, I think the answer to all the problems is non MOTO sponsors. . .

I think eli could do well outdoors but he struggled on the 450 in sx. that will be a big learning curve there I think

As for yarding the field... not sure anybody did it better than the 1986 US MXDN team.

What the sport is missing is a deep pool of talent like the 70's and 80's where there was 10-18 riders on the line any given day that could win the moto by dicing back and forth with other riders on the gate. The racing was exiting. and the motos were 40 minutes +.

Now there is 1 dominant rider. 1-2 riders just a notch under that dominant rider. 3-4 that are a few steps down from them and a bungh of gate fillers just there for a paycheck. The only way for other than the top 3 to win is for the top 3 to have a really bad day IE Milville MN

The first 450 moto at UT was a perfect example of this when the gap from 1-4th was nearly a full miniute. Sad state the sport is in right now.

I dunno bro, I watched Ricky pull away from everyone a time or two. I was always a fan of his 3:00 final lap as he rolled around and waved to all the fans, while the competition behind him gasped for air. Villo is obviously in a league of his own, but Ricky was a veteran member of that team once upon a time.

Maybe even think about deactivating that Vital account and finding Jesus or Buddah or even a job.

Yes thank god for the 4 strokes for sure. I like them so much I went out and bought two. Maybe if you would come off that wallet and buy one you cheap ass, the sport might not be in such a bad state as you say. Second thought they still make 2 strokes go fucking buy one of those and quit your bitching.

As good as ET has been this season, unless he gets his starts down he doesn't have a chance in hell against RV.
