I think that's their loaded gear bag sitting on top of where the seat would normally be.

It's a klx 250/300 enduro bike. It has bar risers mounted on bar risers by the look of it and some sort of wrist straps to prevent flailing arms???? With that extra tall seat I'm thinking its built for somebody with a disability maybe? Other than maybe too many Kawie stickers and the spoke skins I see a bike built for a purpose.

Rear brakes are for squids, obviously.

And what's going on with the linkage?

The rear brake has been hooked up for hand controls. The extra comfy seat and straps at bars say it was setup for someone with a disability, hence the hand brake.

Kawasaki KLX 300 ! With some mods
Notice the fender to seat transition for hitting whoops, just hook the ballzak to the back of the seat and pin it !!!

That's an early prototype of Baker's newest training tool, Teabag Strong.

The straps look like they are just for tie-downs. I do the same thing, girth hitch a loop around the bar so its easier to hook the strap.

The rest idk, looks like it was built for an old man that wanted a kind of beach cruiser feel in a dirtbike, but got his grandson to build it hence the fugly nature of aesthetic choices.

I assumed that the straps were just those tie down loop "helpers", but what you're saying makes some sense. Can't imagine strapping a disabled person's hands to the bars like that myself, though. Especially without the full metal bark busters.

Bike looks ugly, but it'd probably be a lot easier to ride that way for anyone over 6'. I tried riding a KLX300 once and the seat felt so low compared to the pegs that I may as well have been on a trials bike!

Is the guy selling this one have the last name of Smits?
