....decided to race the Nationals the rest of the season?

Ricky Dietrich pulls off another great finish with a 6th OA, flies to Washington the next day and finishes 7th in the WORCS race. Say Bobby Bonds, Mike Brown, Taylor Robert, Joshua Strang, Kyle Summers and Tim Weigand come into the MX series. How do you think they would do?

Nearly all of the guys mentioned raced Glen Helen with Mike Brown getting a 7th OA. RV, MA and DM18 were in front of him. They're out so theoretically, he's 4th.

I'm just thinking, with some decent equipment, some of these guys might do really well in the MX series.

Just some bench-racing material......

Summers, Bondo (if his Knee will let him), Robert and Dietrich are all in for Lakewood. A couple of the guys would like to go like Weigand and Brown but money is kinda tight...

Those Worcs dudes would dominate the GP's if they wanted to.

Taylor Robert flat hauls and is a great kid! He missed the first WORCS round at Speedworld because of a bad back injury, then kept Dietrich honest all day long at Havasu and from what I can see posted the fastest lap at Washington last weekend.

He rode Glen Helen and was flying in the first practice (muddy) took a crack at the big down hill triple ( one of a handful all day) and then they flagged the table before it since guys were almost hitting their heads on banner- so practice probably wasnt as fast as the second one. He went out in second one and was one of the first few guys out there on first lap, guy went down in front of him at bottom of down hill and he got stuck in same muddy rut that Alessi got stuck in main. Never even got to post ONE lap in second practice and missed it by one. Tried to get out and blew clutch to bits! Quick turn around and bad start cost him. Lots of fast guys out there but not many as humble as him.

The WORCS guys are very tough and should do well. Look what Brown, Dietrich and Summers have done at Nationals. Sick bunch.

Strang is fast, but I watched him race amateur day at Hangtown and a kid from Red Bluff, CA, Austin Howell, owned the 250 and 450 expert classes. Strang was able to hang with him and lead him for the first lap, but this kid passed and pulled away from him. I think Ricky Dietrich is the exception personally...

You need to remember that #800 raced some WORCS races in the past to prepare for the outdoors. I would like to hear his thoughts on the differences.

I wouldn't mind seeing Bobby Bonds run up front. He's already done a couple of races this year hasn't he?

I think one of the best tracks for the WORCS guys to make is Millville, due to the whoops and soil/sand content or Dilla, for it's technical hills.

The only other would be Southwick.

I would really like to see Stewart try some offroad racing and see how he does ya know, in both gncc and WORCS it'd be super sick and draw alot of attention for both series, I know his speed is so good that he'd most likely win, but at the same time not sure how he is with technical gnarly terrain you know, he may try to go too fast through that stuff and mess it up, but he's so good on two wheels wouldn't suprise me if he figured it out quickly, anyways I'm sayin it'd be sweet to see more crossovers for sure and stewart would be cool because of his ability and he's also not committed to any series right now so he could easily do a couple one-off races.

thats the goal... hopefully ill be ready to go for shougal. and thank you very much, it was a tough weekend for sure, a luckily for me, i got 5 weeks till the next race. I get the stitches out in 7-10 days, and hopefully the broken foot shouldn't take me out too much longer then that.
