Never heard them say anything about him other than he wasn’t in the main
Edited Date/Time:
He was holding his wrist between practice today. Looked like it was hurting him. The whole team seemed to struggle today.
No brains, No headaches.
If he does have a concussion I cant see him back next week. Who decides on how long he sits out for?
Non Gratum Anus Rodentum
My ONLY complaint is the replays so far. Ill take it if it means we get the rest of this amazingness, but imagine all this plus good replays.. perfection.

Don’t they have to be given another look at before they can get the green light to race the following weekend?
Thank you,

Concussion’s are so hard. So many variables. In most sports it’s a minimum of at least a week out. Does anyone know if he’s had any before? If he has it could be way longer then just a week. However it plays out I wish him all the best. He has shown a ton of potential to compete on 450’.

I thought they took a "test". Before the start of the season I know they had to take a concussion test on the computer. Then after they have a concussion, they have to take the test again to make sure they are up to some level to prove their fit to ride.
It looks like there is no set timeframe but I don't think anyone is going to get through their protocol in 7 days.

I was thinking it was something like that since they showed him just sitting there with his head down. Also did anyone else catch what sounded like Ralph calling Ricky, Jeff right before the 250 LCQ. I couldn’t rewind it to hear it again, maybe someone with the gold app can?
That sucks to hear. I hope he recovers well.
wethingon, lemme check, ha ha....
He asked...have you figured a gate that is best yet (kinda could have sounded like Jeff instead of yet?)
Don’t they do a baseline cognitive test, and after a concussion you have to repass the same test with a predetermined score at a minimum to even be considered ready for a return to competition. Not a bad idea in my book, then the Doc has the final say, or something like that.

It looked like the medical team was looking at his helmet for signs of impact?

Curious What kind of lid does he run and what kind of record does it have?
Believe it is a Just 1 brand, don’t know anything about them
the coverage is weak...He obviously crashed somewhere .... I was waiting to see what happened.... Nope
Officially concussion.. by the looks also wrist injury that they didnt want to tell for everyone yet..
Obviously he’s injured bad. If he didn’t return for the LCQ then I have to assume he’s out for a few weeks. Hope he heals up soon and gets back out there. Sometimes this can help rookies oddly enough. They get to come back with no pressure and it makes their season a little shorter so they aren’t dealing with the grind of the schedule as much while learning the 450.
Don’t start the concussion debate around here, it will end up in the dumbgeon.
I’d fully expect to see Bowers or JG under the Kawi rig for the upcoming rounds.
