"Whoa. Dean did have one rather spooky moment during his Superpole lap on Saturday, when he got a little loose exiting the corner before the take-off for the big freestyle jump. It wasn't pretty, but he did gather it up for a safe landing."

It wasn’t a ramp. It was, however, the same landing shared by the freestyle guys. Sorry for any confusion.

This was during superpole on day 1. Very sketchy moment but he still set the fastest time before musquin had his run. Was really impressed by Deano the whole weekend. Those wheelies trough the dragonsback was something I haven't seen anybody doing since Tomac few years ago. Hopefully he stays healthy this year, really looks like he stepped his game up this off season

Agreed... Very excited to see Deano mix it up with "the best of the rest" behind the usual favorites like MM and ET3 this year. I have a feeling that the 3rd step on the podium is going to be a revolving door this year

The KTM/Husky frame is off the chart in ergos, balance, turning, just about every dam thing.

Tomac did it first on the old Honda 450 that everyone hated that was known for bad ergos and he had the fastest time there. He was riding like a bat out of hell and manual'd the entire dragons back. He did seem like he was much more of a finesse rider on that honda than the kawi.

He's got the talent to win everything. Think about how far he has come in one year without injuries, I wouldn't be surprised to see him beating down everyone he did before. That's everyone there.
