What are the expected updates to the 2021 YZ450F/ YZ250F

Hi everyone! Although we know there may be some possible delays in the release of the new bike models, does anyone have any information on what the expected updates to the YZ450F and YZ250F will be? With the 450 receiving quite a number of upgrades for this year do we expect minimal changes to that model for 2021?

My guess is BNG for the 450 and maybe some minor refinements for the 250. Yamahas model cycle would suggest a brand new generation for 2022.

I wouldn't be surprised if both will get BNGs for 21.

Yep, it think it will be a good year to buy a leftover YZF 2020 if you can find one later this year!

Rockets. I have it on good authority by a trusted insider that the new bikes will come with rockets. (Spy photo bike shown in red here to confuse Honda riders into thinking THEY'RE gonna get rockets!!!)

2021 YZ250F will be receiving chassis and engine refinements.

Honestly, bikes today are so good, it gets to the point of why make some of the changes? Sometimes change for the sake of change is not worth it.

Given the big makeover of the 450 last year then I agree BNG's likely, 250 wise I think slight changes based on 450 changes for 2020.

Maybe they will finally install hydraulic clutch, that is atleast what I'm hopping for.
