The amount of hardware in his face, and the fact that he is alive, let alone back to riding for fun again blows my mind!

Proud of my cousin in this interview with GuyB

Well...I know what I'm going to be for Halloween!

Wishing you a safe and full recovery Weston. We need you back!

Definitely shows how severe the injury was, gnarly.
Can't wait to see Weston racing again, if that's what he chooses to do.
Glad that he's ok and hoping for a complete recovery.

Hopefully the scans help the surgeon(s) locate the cause of the nerve issue on his eye, and they get him seeing properly again.

I feel like the surgeon(s) deserve some praise too, heck of a job getting him this far considering the damage. Impressive.

As far as racing again, while it would be great to see, I'd rather he be safe at this point.

Imagine what those medics saw when they leaned over Weston on the track and started to pull his goggles off.

Must have been horrible! Cedric Soubeyras' reaction told me enough, and I never watched any more footage. Cedric was the guy who landed on him, and he was frantically waving his arms for the medics.
