Man, I bet a lot of the mid level teams are wishing they would have done east coast. They'll be fighting to make a main where they could have had a top 10 on east.

makes you wonder why 3 or 4 of these guys didn't line up for East. East had talented guys, but like half of them are out now.

Isn't it down to 4 factory riders on the East?

is it just me or were all the heavy "sx" hitters on the east coast... Jmart could very easily get the championship in this west field. (cooper just started riding couple days ago). Mcadoo can be a loose cannon, Smith will be injured by 2nd practice session, H Lawrence is not a SX specialist. It leaves overratted rookies and 2nd tier team riders left. Or am I way off base and missing something?

They’re both pretty thin after the top 3/4. J mart, Lawrence and marchbanks should be at the top of this field imo wouldn’t be shocked if P. Brown is up there too

I think PB is just getting back on the bike this week? I agree with Marchbanks, he's a podium contender even on a 2nd tier bike

it is a much deeper field overall, but I will be shocked if this is not a Martin/ Cooper battle after a round or 2. Lots of talented rookies in the West....plus vets that are fast but oft injured. Cannot wait!

Just saying he's West coast and back on the bike.

That said, he did reply to someone's post asking if he'll be racing with "we'll see".

I'm curious how Smith is going to do. He has to be approaching the "shit or get off the pot" stage of his career.

He's heading into his 7th season. I'd say he's at that stage.

Great Video/Interview

IMO, you're looking at the 2021 250 West coast champion.

Jordon Smith and RJ Hampshire more or less turned pro together. They have both been race winners and Smith got close to a title in 2017, but both guys have yet to figure out how to smooth out and keep the bike on 2 wheels. I don't see anything changing on that front for Smith. Change my mind.

I like the guy, so I wish I could change your mind, but unfortunately, I think you're spot on.

If McAdoo calms down just a touch, I think he has the speed to run with Cooper and JMart.

Don't sleep on Smith. I wouldn't put my money on him but this a break it or make it season for him. If his wrist is alrighty I'll say he'll be back to '17 & '18 form, can't seem him beating the Star boys but he's the next best thing.

We do need a 250 national SX championship, the coasts championships are looking like a joke.

Make a seeder 125 2T regional a amateurish championship. Riders careers are longer and the 450 are stacked no need to have more Bogles, Hills, Hartraft etc

That class is very deep with some talent. Will be interesting to see who takes that next step to battle for podiums and wins.
