I know it’s old news, but seeing how much the level drops off after the top 5 and thinking about how great the races could be with all the top 250 guys together, we need a real 250 championship.
How about this:
Do 5 races east and 5 races west to determine the regional championship. Take the top 20 from each coast and do a 7 race 250 national/world SX Championship.

Half the guys in half the races, when half of that half gets hurt... well thats what we got last night..
In a proper field there is no way Lawrence gets that close to 2nd .
The Shop
250 pro junior class
350 pro class
In "real life," no one is told they're too old for, or have spent too much time on, a 250, so why should this be the case with professional racing? For the life of me, I just cannot understand why we haven't done away with this STUPID rule. Tradition is only tradition until it isn't. And it's time.
Daytona for sure should be E/W
I’ll get a better take on it Tuesday in person.
Pit Row
The East / West combined is a damn fine example of bang for your buck and always delivers. Imagine that over 17 rounds.
A difficult bride to cross trying to keep everyone happy and honestly I think its about high time they look into alternate solutions.
with a 250 stock feeder class and a 125 2stroke junior class....
the 450 have outgrown the stadium tracks and schooling system does not work well anymore....
i have been talking about this for a few yeas now, seen a few others also talking about the being 450 to big for sx, but most of the people still pretends they cant see it, just because most people are afraid of assuming "change" and feel comfort on letting it roll.....
It makes me wonder if the 450's are just extra power and weight that's not needed in SX.
i know it would ever. but why not 20 mins of 17 rounds on the 250's.
all running same lap times hahaha
