Was it the altitude? The cold?

Since everyone always wonders why ET3 is inconsistent let us 'wonder' about MM, KR94, ZO16 and BB4 this last race?

They all had subpar performances. Marvin looked like he got tired and did not even fight Webb. Huh?

KR94 never showed the speed he had the last two weeks. Not even close.

BB4 moved up some but stalled out. ZO16 went backward!

Was it the cold? The altitude? Webb seemed fine with it all but he is from North Carolina. Was it all too much for the Florida boys to handle?

You mean Marvin is far enough back now so KTM asked him to be a team player to help Webb? Tongue

What i saw was more of a great season of SX. Bogle all of a sudden in top top 5 and winning, ELI waking up, Webb fighting hard, others up and down. Shows these guys are all good and close. Weather, what they ate, nagging injuries, crew chiefs or vital experts all can be a factor.

Nothing really surprising happened other than Bogle stepped up and Josh Grant was in the top 10.

Roczen's ride was not surprising after being the fastest guy the last two weeks? MM not even fighting Webb was not surprising after they banged bars just two weeks ago? ZO fading was surprising to me.

Marv did a great job of discreetly shaving 0.5 seconds a lap off his time to allow Cooper to pass him and salvage 2 points

No way Marvin let Webb catch him on purpose. He still had a chance to win the title. You would not think the elevation was enough to make a difference but something got to more than one rider. Maybe it just made them tired.

Would have been surprised if et3 didn’t win since he trains at that level
