Jeff Ward will be racing inthe Legends class this weekend along with Mickey Dymond, and host of other Euro Legends in the 33rd Superbiker at Mettet, Belgium.

12 euro for 2 days action, english language commentary on all the main races, as well as dutch/belgian/french

Use code 'philgee' at the login screen, (or any rider name you know in the same format) and the rider gets 1.50 euro of each log on... great way for the organisers to get it promoted.

Also hoping to get interviews with Wardy, and Dymond to get their take on the weekend, and life in general over the weeknd.

He has done Daytona , and Buffalo Chip AFT races this year.

And they will be on 2 Strokes... Mettet has a fleet of TM300SMX's that they rent/ loan throughout the year, and they use them for this race, so the guys can just rock up and have fun. If its anything like last year, they will practice and qualify with the Seniors class which i am in, so i will get to be on track with them, which is cool.

Hey, philG, will we be able to watch it after the live webcast, for that 12 euros?

12 euros is bugger all, but I won't be able to plonk myself in front of a 'puter or tablet this weekend for long, but would love to catch up with the Whole thing in the days after.

Was Mettet where / the event that hosted the Guidon Dore' ( I think I got that a bit wrong - the 'Golden Handlebars' I think it translated into English ). I first encountered it when Gardner (and so many other stars of various MC disciplines) did it, and , with that and other SM events, and , especially enjoyed the brothers Chambon (especially the Tiny one) and the GIANT : 'Pom Pom Pidoux' ( got that wrong, too , I think) going at it.

Guidon D'or was french, ran at circuit Carole, in Paris then went to Bercy.. Mettet is the Belgian version. You got all the rest right

I will ask as soon as i get there and post up

I am sure it will allow replays , but will check . Use 'philgee'as the login code and i make a buck lol

Yes, i was in a briefing today with the organisers and they said he wasnt able to come. Hope he heals up fast.

Looks like they drafted in Chuck Sun to replace Micky Dymond, will be good to see him ride again
