…and for example with the fork springs, eBay is prompting me to select a size like .48 kg/mm…how do I find out what size I have? I expected to find the specs @ https://www.yamahamotorsports.com/motocross/models/2017/yz250f/specifications, but they don't specify.

It will be in your owners manual. Fork springs are .47kg and shock spring is 5.5kg
