I need help with the video on this site, for some reason I can no longer view video posted here by Vital, if a thread has a video, it's no problem however those posted on the Vital by Vital will not open for viewing.

I know this is user error or I missed an update or forgot to pay someone however not sure where to start.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Thanks, this issue started a couple weeks ago, the system is started every day many times a day.

Clear history, cache, cookies.
Close browser and open a new one.
Check for computer/java updates

See if that helps.

I pour water on my keyboard when my computer acts up.....it usually fixes the problem.

That works best if its a Word or Excel issue.

Had this issue for a while. What browser are you using? The videos and reply option on the forum wouldn't work in Chrome but would in IE. I reinstalled Chrome and it fixed the issue.
