Yoga has some very good benefits for strength and flexibility. I never really got into it too much but I did the P90X series and the yoga was pretty difficult but also increased flexibility which helps preventing injuries.

No homo.

That section he is clearing is nuts. There is no way I would ever believe that could be gapped...

Love watching the pros do stuff like this, but...

This is the age of instant video. And now there are probably a handful of amateurs who now think this is their starting point, and Comp Edge available for them to go out there and try it.

He sees the track differently than anyone else. That alone is an incredible talent, not to mention being able to EXECUTE what he's seeing.

I wish I had those skills but I know I don't so I won't try it.

When Stewy was racing against RC I was always going for RC to keep holding James off because I thought it was inevitable that James would take over which he did later. I love for him to win now at this stage in his career. Huge respect for his ability, he is something special.

Yea don't try that at competitive edge kids. You won't make it.
Whoever looks at something JS7 does like that and thinks they can go right out and do it deserves what they are gonna get. Just saying....

"WARNING, This "stunt" was performed by one of the most talented riders in the world, please do not attempt if you are an amateur rider that rides the C ...or B and most likely even A class rider. Leave this to James to do. Thanks!"

In all seriousness, it is super sad to see so many riders getting killed or having permanent brain damage. We have a local guy in my area that is working to walk and talk again after crashing bad last year..and a few years before that a friend of mine crashed hard and was in a coma for a while. After months and months of recovering he is now better but still never know at anytime when something could happen.

That being said, I hope these recent events don't completely ruin the sport. I think people need to remember we do this for fun. Only a select few will ever make a good career out of it. I personally ride a 450 and I don't pretend to be the best rider around. A 450 is a lot of bike but I know my limits and that is what keeps me from killing myself. More people and parents should realize this is a hobby and it was intended to be FUN.

Bubba forgot he wasnt on his 125 that day.
Thats some straight old school Bubba crazy shit right there.

Not many would risk casing a take off lip like that with NFG.
Dude is amazing to watch.

Camp332, perhaps you've never gotten to witness the real greats of our time.
A Frenchman named Bayle, anEl Cajon kid named Lechien and a cajun kid named Windham all have talents that are immeasurable. Stop watching the most recent video clips that steer your opinions. Bro.

All of those guys are incredible riders, JMB being the best of them, but none of them elevated the sport like JS7 has.

He literally changed the way people ride a dirt bike. I think you may be suffering from a case of nostalgia.

If nostalgia means reality, then sure.
Let's see James get on a 500cc grand prix two stroke road racer and qualify on pole in front of the greats.

That argument is useless.

Let's see Kenny Roberts Jr. jump on a dirt bike and win Unadilla. Oh wait...

Been to virtually every SX and National in SoCal since 1980, and there is no bigger fan of the old school than myself, but I agree with Camp332, JS7 is the baddest motherf'er to ever ride a dirt cycle. Not talking race craft, mental toughness, consistency, or any of the other qualities that champions must posses. Just flat out go fast ability, James is the man IMO. Just rode that track last weekend, and I would have bet my life that couldn't be done, the video just doesn't do it justice. Mind blown!
