Peick filling in for Tickle who is out for the year. Hill is out after SX and Tedesco will be moving over from the Rockstar team. (source: PulpMX)

But, but, I thought Peick was honering his current contracts till 2015? Not sure if his contracts were supercross only or not...

Former champ, probably not much better available mid season, popular amongst fans too.

Aren't Tedesco and RC buds from when they were both on Factory Suzuki?

Why wouldn't Hill ride outdoors? Does his leg prevent him from doing the required fitness training?

KR94 and WP40 RCH 2015. Total guess but Peick is a better choice for a team mate than 20 or 75, he's delivering as much or more than the two current riders on production parts.

Tedesco would be filling in for tickle and Weston would get the ride for the whole outdoors, said Hill was on a performance based contract and never hit it to get a outdoor ride, Matthes said it should be released in the next couple of days.

How so? They are both ahead of Pieck in points.

Thank you. They are both more capable of solid finishes, as well. Peick isn't some under achieving champion on a satellite team.

I really like Josh, but I would be curious to see what the details of the performance based contract was.......Top 5-10 overall, # of podiums, etc.. I've never heard how those work. It would be interesting what kind of deal they set up at the beginning of the year.
Regardless, I don't think Hill will be at RCH in 2015, but then again what do I know.

So RCH why not go Peick and Hill for the outdoors? I get the performance base deal for Hill, but then why take a guy like Tedesco who is further back than Hill even?

The story was that Peick is taking Hill's spot and Tedesco is filling in until Tickle comes back.

I thought it was pretty solid that Josh was on all year?
Me too.....early in the season when he signed, he/the team stated that he was on FULL SCHEDULE this season (unlike last years SX only deal). Never mentioned that he would only be full schedule IF........

Later in the show, quite late, actually, JT said that Fly is letting Peick out of his contract because of the great opportunity to race for RCH and what it could do for his career. He then said they hope to sign him back next year before the season starts

How long do you stick with someone that has had close to the best equipment their entire career. I like both Hill and Tickle but I'd say the odds that they have reached the peak of what they can do are good. RC wants to win championships, I don't see it happening with either of them. Peick can be a Tim Ferry/Andrew Short type with the right support in my opinion, give him a chance to see if the right support can make him a Justin Brayton type.

If RC thought Hill could run up front outdoors he would be in the truck at Glen Helen. Glen Helen, that sucks to say that in regards to the opening round.

Pieck's bike is damn near the same as RCH bikes.

You're right, I changed my wording to support on my reply. I bet Peick doesn't have a 15 time champion in his truck when he comes back from practice.

$$$, just guessing but WP40 prolly doesn't carry the same price tag as Tickle or even Hill. Even though he's behind them in points I believe he's been in more mains. Probably just a "best bang for your buck" scenario. Again just a guess.

I thought Tickle was done for the year?
This is the last year of his contract also.

I wonder if it had anything to do with mentioning someone's name on TV after his Heat 2 win. Thought that was kind of odd.

I missed this, what was said?

They should give a call to Sebastien Pourcel. This guy had really bad luck in 2012 & 2013, but remember the guy is a multiple GP winner & even won a MXdN moto.
