Another great video from the guys at Vurbmoto. Best angle of the BT101 take out I've seen.
Gotta love the good ole' USA
I don't think it was dirty, but it was aggresive. It happened, its over, lets move on.
i think the back angle that came out last week shows it better,
i clearly see him square the corner up, get the pass half completed and take the track because the basic rule in motocross is whoever has there wheel in front has the corner,
The Shop
I doubt Andrew cares much. He has a Des Nation champion trophy, now.
Short has made a living riding like that.
However, I have to say that Townley rides without much brains for the first laps of a race and this thing is just one more bit of proof of that, from a long season of early race crashs and mistakes.
I'm certainly not the kind of guy Townley needs to take advice from, but if he'd take a look at the National Champion and how relaxed, cautious and purposeful he rides the first few laps he might improve the old results column.
and a last note, contact in racing seems legit to me if you've worked a guy for a lap and showed him a wheel or two, then yeah block pass or rubbing your way past sure, but just outta the blue first attempt, just not cool. unless you have a bad start or it's the last lap or it's your main rival or some guy you just don't like or pissed off at the world that day or.....

Pit Row
1st - Vurb kick ass - Some of the best footage i've seen and I like that they use different music...
2nd - The BT Short thing was fine... Lines coming together, get over it...
3rd - Dungey is a beast right now, it's gonna take a big fight to knock that confidence back down...
Both coming down a hill into a sweeping left hander and back up a hill.
I also thought both were fine.
