Steve... how's this?

Requirements:
Prior sales experience with proven success prospecting and closing new business

Sold stuff on EBay and Craigslist, closing new business's is not good for the economy.

Riding DB's since I was 12, ride MTB's too, BMX bikes are too small.

Enthusiasm for the web and digital media

Like to surf the WEB looking for the next Digital Wave!.

Strong written and verbal skills

You want it when? laughing .

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

A Marrage degree for 21 years... does that count?.

Comfortable working in a small-business environment

Sweet.. the only one in the office!.

How about being based out of AZ, much safer than being near the Airport.

Is the prior sales experience a hard requirement? I worked retail for a bit back in high school, that's gotta count for something grin

Why is a Bachelors degree an important requirement?

Man I wish stuff like this was available when I was in my mid-20s.

Bachelors degree OR equivalent experience... If you don't have equivalent experience, having a bachelors degree at least demonstrates to a potential employer that you were able to focus and complete a task (getting a degree)..

No point in applying if I live 3k miles away and refuse to relocate.

I'd rather ask the question than waste more time (mine and whoever is hiring) sending in resume, cover letter, etc.

401 K program, is this new?

Over here in OZ superannuation is a compulsory 9% of the weekly wage, and the not taxed.

Upon retirement Joe average can use this fund weekly to allow retirement to be more comfortable, no tax payable.
This may be combined with the Government weekly pay out. lump sums can be removed to pay out a Home mortgage but there are strict guidelines.

If you are above the average Joe the Government pay out is reduced or removed and you live on your own saved superannuation.

If you were born and retired before this scheme 1992 started you live on the government hand out which allows you to live a porters life.

If you are long term unemployed you have no superannuation and live on the Government payout until death.
