The guy is literally in his own race in his own mind with his own set of rules... and there’s really only one rule, battle/race everyone on the track like it’s the last corner of the last lap for the championship, no matter what place he’s in or what battle is going on around him.

He was in the race line. Look at the replay after Marvin's interview and Tomac takes the exact same line. I get it Vince is a squirrel often, but this was a poor decision on Barcia's part.

I feel bad for the kid.. It’s like when you make one mistake and then it just snowballs and you’re just willing yourself into more shit. He deserves to be out there, but I have to wonder if he’s just not getting along with the 21, or something.
