Sorry about that, I couldn't resist. You could use a VPN. Google search free vpn and use a server in America. Wink

Mee too, using a VPN didn't help either. Anyway, thats not a crash but a take out.

I didn't see his whole run through the whoops but if he moved over intentionally that was a dick move.

I brought this up a few weeks ago. Why are they limiting video viewing only for the US?
There's a lot of interest in SX worldwide. Give us a break!............................

I missed the race last night, I'm a big Craig fan, but that was a pretty bad choice on his part. If it was a straight, no problem, but it's not like you can hit the brakes to give way in the whoops.

Amazingly I haven't seen anybody crucifying Craig for his pass on Savatgy. Moved clear across the track in the whoops taking our Savatgy's front end in what I would consider an extremely stupid and dangerous move. Just lost some of the recently gained respect for Craig.

Edit: And he just fucked over the only guy with a chance to steal the C-ship away from the punk, Webb.

The races are on YouTube. Watch the crash there.

Maybe Craig thought the green bike handles as good as his red bike in whoops and hence thought Joey could steer a bit.

Watching the live practice show the green bike was trying to pitch Joey off a good bit of the time.

I lost some respect for Craig.

That was a takeout.

Wall jumps should be for endurocross..

Not that it matters much to me but if I were Joey I'd be having a little discussion with Craig about how to hold your line in the woops.

One more "racing incident" due to line crossing....it looks like bumping and rubbing is really an issue in this bike races, but crosslining takeouts are a way to go...
Its getting real classy , this supercross séries....

I was thinking the same thing (wondering why it hasn't been mentioned here). He has been well represented here lately as the golden boy of racing. For him to have a *severe* lapse of judgement racing seems unfathomable. This is definitely strike 1 if he wants to maintain his good guy image - that was a brutal take-out in a dangerous spot.

I have no doubt he didn't mean to crash him, but you don't look over at your competitor going *into* the whoops, and drive straight into someone in the middle of the whoops where neither of you can brake or you are going over the bars. There was no way for someone to NOT crash in that moment. I am sorry, but the middle of the whoops isn't where you protect your line.

It looked more to me like a case of scrubbing the wall, and not landing perfectly straight going into the second set of whoops.

Anyone that thinks he intentionally took Joey out is on crack. It was a nasty digger, and I'm glad Joey is ok.

Edit: Nevermind. I'm an idiot. It was late when I watched it last night, and I just re-watched the replay. My "scrub" theory was way off.

I too thought it was a little extreme of Craig to come that far over. Although, he did have the lead and he picks his line.

Craig looked over at Joey on the wall jump and road over to the left and took out Joey and moved over to the right for a better line going into the corner. Why Craig will not race forward rather than starting his blocking from the first lap on is beyond me. I can not wait for one of his moves to back fire and put his dirty ass on the ground.

We always get the short end if the stick here.
If it's not youtube not showing videos here, then it's dstv not showing the racing!
If it wasn't for slicknick with his torrents then I have no idea how I would watch the races.

It's not by our doing, the videos Fox/Feld upload are often restricted to the U.S. only.

Why do they do it? I have no clue, makes no sense to me.

A lot of times, it's their country that has restrictions in place and so we comply and/or has to do with rights and licensing to the videos.

Think it was San Diego last week I saw Christian come over on someone and I thought hmmmmm

I don't think Christian intended Joey to eat it but there can be consequences to line changes like that. Last night we saw the worst that can happen

Anyone think that Craig may have unintentionally drifted to the right as he was blasting through the whoops. I never saw that as a intentional take out or block

I'm like others here, a big CC fan, but that was a stupid move in the whoops, especially against the points leader. I know he wants race wins, but cmon dude, you basically handed Webb the c-chip baring a crash, mechanical, or DNF.

This.

Went back and watched it several times. Craig looked left. Turned left and by the second whoop after the wall, was in Joey's line/way. After the carnage, Craig steered right for the better line in the turn.

Unimpressed with CC. If he can't beat Joey clean, CC needs to just stay out of the way.

He had the lead going into the woops and moved over into his preferred line. He said he thought he had Joey cleared and didn't mean to make contact.
