250cc Main.. I'm converting my collection from VHS to DVD.. gonna take a while, I have stuff going back to 95. I used to have 89- but I either lost them or taped over :/

Why keep these races?? I watch them while I exercise.

Nice one. Crazy how retro that looks even in 95. Sure I remember it looking more glamourous haha.

Notice how empty the stadium was? McGrath really did elevate the sport to a new level, especially the 96 season.

I import as DV, so an hour is 13GB hehe.. then export as mpeg-4s.. still a 16 min race is pushing 400MB's

I like McGrath's pass on DeHoop here

you should look into converting to a better codec, 400mb for 16min is a bit out there man. Have you tried using Divx? should be roughly 10mb per 1 min.

It's weird looking back and seeing how much slower they were on the 2 strokes compared to the speeds they go today. It's obvious watching these older vids why there are so many more injuries today. The speeds today are night and day in comparison.

Ill resize the vids too, 640x480 is a bit large, dropping it down to 480x330 will help for sure. still gonna be over 200MB's though

My father and I were there filling two seats.

Do you have the 125 main? I think Ferry won it that night.
