2006 Supercross Rd 6 Heat #1 - Mcgrath, Reed, Stewart and others...

I've been transferring my collection over to dvd/digital so I figured I'd upload a few... Im still learning best formats. I imported this as direct video and exported as mpeg from iMovie. If there is a better way let me know....

Anyway, awesome charge by Stewart here

I remember that race. That has to be the most amazing heat race ever.

Just the week before, Stewie took MC and himself out...hence the MC payback in the first turn.

Thanks for posting, one thing i noticed though, the names on the starting line up, the field now is soooo much deeper than it was just 4 years ago, kind of crazy, i don't know if Stewart would have moved up so fast in 5 laps in 2010 like he did in that heat..

Good stuff and MC was still damn fast in 06 . Interesting them mentioning Jeremy thought he was riding faster than he ever had in his career . Shows the evolution of the sport.

Vids look great Matt, nice quality. I got a little safer place to up them besides youtube, and you wont have the shitty 10min time limit. Shoot me an email if you are interested, just dont want you to get one of those notices for LNM like i did.

Thats one race I have kept. I remember the first time I saw it, it was like RC/MC at A2 2001. I was on the edge of my seat, standing up and biting my nails the entire race!

Ive been going through my older stuff today, the quality drops once they switched over to ESPN2. For some reason that station never came in all that great, least not in the late 90's.

Man, check out 3:24 on the second video. Stewart about lost it on one of the setups for the triple! Great race. Gosh that was incredible! I still don't see how Stewart made that pass happen. I think he's the only one on the planet that could have done that. Jeez!
