"What are some things that you do to prepare physically?

You’re basically running the anaerobic threshold for 20 minutes. My heart rate average is 195 during the whole race. You make mistakes because endurocross is so difficult at times. The water from obstacles gets dragged around the course, then it gets slippery. When things happen where you have to pull a bike out of a bad predicament, your heart rate spikes up to 210 beats per minute and then you recover"

On the PulpMx show they stated they were sending Alex Ray (ARay) to this race, and were letting him know for the world of hurt was about to enter.

Any word on how he did during the day? As he is not on the list above I guess he did not make the night show. (unless there are more than 10 that race the night)

There were 2 or 3 qualifiers and there will be more, so he may not be out. I think 15 are seeded and the rest have a shootout in the night show?

Seems like this track is relatively "easy" from what I've seen, so I have to think that favors the moto guys a little. Not taking anything away from those guys, anyone who shows up and gives this a go has my respect, but I wonder how they would fare on a more typical, technical track. Huge props to Ray and Greco for giving this a try, I think that's so awesome! I also think this type of track favors Colton a little over Cody, but you never know till the gate drops and I can't wait!

Edit: I'm a little confused after looking at the scoring link, did they both run the AM class? If they did I have no issue with it since it's such a different kind of racing, I'm just curious if that's correct or not.

I know, I just saw their names in the amateur results as well, so I'm wondering if it might be a mistake. The picture you posted is interesting, did they change the matrix section up since then? I remember seeing a video from earlier today and it looked a lot different?

Everyone in the chat seems to be having the same issue. Not a steller day in live moto broadcast history, for sure lol. We're so spoiled though. I'm sure the production crew is working double time to fix it
