I used that machine a few years back at the local gym...and yes it helps.

...Now whether or not it's worth it with all the looks you get... well, that's for you to decidewink


Now that I train at home I just use thera-bands or my Bowflex to accomplish the same thing. It's one leg at time but it gets you the same results.

The real question is, does tightening those muscles help or hinder getting the sand out of your vagina?

All the expected and deserved comments aside, when I started riding again (aggressively riding, not yet ready to race again) I thought this might be a good idea. It is truly a good idea. Start low weight, like 40kgs, do 10 reps building to 100 reps. Build weight to (at least for me at 70kgs body weight) 80kgs at 100 reps, no stopping. I can literally hold onto the bike with no hands and flick it to the side as I rip a tear off. I ride YZ450F and YZ250 smoker.

I was doing the hip adduction exercises and when I did crash big I blew out the other side so do the hip push out exercise too

The "yes-machine", and "no-machine" aren´t that good. If you want a good workout to improve leg and core strength there is only one workout that counts:
