This must be a great brand even though it's the first I have heard of it.

I wonder if a top brand helmet like Bell or Shoei would have caved in like that.

I think his point is having the helmets bend rather that snapping in half. Would be cool to see a torture test on the current gen of helmets.

I wonder how his jaw is!

I actually got to hold and feel one the other day. for $200 dollars it seems like an extremely good helmet. However the TLD SE4 Poly helmets are on sale for $200 and they have Mips so that is what I decided to buy while I was there.

They say a lttle face swelling. No injuries and walked away!

I don't know if I'd call that doing it's job. Seems to me like the guy had to take a pretty good shot to the face with that damage. I've broken the front of a helmet off before with no injury.

I'm sitting here thinking the same thing. Either this guy has a head the size of a small potato, or he just lost half his teeth. Lol. Glad he's okay, but dang that looks like it hurt.

Idk if the front caving in like that is a good thing. If it just folds in, whos to say it doesnt crush your face and make the helmet impossible to get off. The helmet did its job since he walked away okay.. id like to see something like this from a snell rated helmet for comparison.

This is exactly why the Arai has a curved chin bar. It's designed to break outward in a situation like this instead of pushing into your face. Glad this guy is OK. That looks nasty.
