Rumour had it that was one of the most expensive 2 strokes at that time and filled with one off custom parts. Would love to see what goodies they had made for that bike.

There were claims a few years back that the under frame shock was going in to production.

I realize this is from 2018 but I’ve always been intrigued by this bike too. It’s a “pull” shock, so when the swing arm travels up the linkage pulls the shock together from front to rear. Pretty cool, some downhill bikes had it in the early 2000s.
That's what I thought, but for some reason I couldn't get my head around the mechanics behind it actually working in this instance.

Works Showa forks.. magnesium fork caps, polished fork springs, Kashima coating and titanium on the inside...
