Looking for one that will work with my Leatt 3.5. Preferably one that I dont need to wear a shirt underneath to prevent nipple chafing.

I run the alpinestars A1 with no under shirt. I think you can run the neck brace with the shoulder pad things it comes with.

This has a CE Level 1 impact rating. Thats for more than the 2.5 Leatt hard shell Chest Pro, and still soft and forming. The flaps on the top of the shoulder will work to hold that brace down. A big name guy may or may not have worn this under his fox gear his last year before retirement

Alpinestars A-1. The most ventilated one of all I could find. The evs one doesn't look bad, but I was looking for one that breathed well, was light and still had good protection not just a small piece of foam.

I’ve got an A-stars A-1 as well, love it. I wouldn’t wear a chest pro for years, didn’t like the feel, too big and bulky. Honestly I forget I’m wearing this thing sometimes, it’s fantastic.

I use an EVS Revo 5 (without shoulder pads) I've had it for 2 years now it has served me well. I forget its even there. The 4-way adjuster on the back is nice so you can make it nice and snug too. Some of the seams are starting to wear now though and it's not the most well ventilated either. But a good price point!

Thanks for the suggestions. Leaning towards the Leatt. Duct tape is one way to go. But probably going to hurt when pulled off. Lol

Does a great job with the chaffing and it actually works pretty well to keep cool.
I've got something similar that I picked up to get me by for the rest of the year. Not that skin tight though. I'd look rediculous.
