Langston had a long long lay off, to be fair he was just trying to get upto speed around October, he is and will be a definate prospect if he races GH now, but he isn't... is he???

If an American does win, it will be MA in MX1 or Tickle in MX2! But i see a European winning the overall in both classes, Cairoli and Musquin Smile

MX1- I was gonna say Alessi, but with them not sounding too confident in thier latest update I dont know anymore. Probably Cairoli.

MX2- I say Rattray or Searle. They practice there all the time and have been showing great speed. With that and the fact they are gonna want to beat thier old GP peeps, its a lock for one of them to do it.

GL8 is still classified as a European rider! As much as I would love him to win I don't think he will beat Cairoli.

MX1 - Cairoli

MX2 - The Rock

Musguin isn't the fav. for MX2? I'll take Searle though, depending on what other US riders are on the gate. Forgot about TICKLE. He will be good here too.

Townley, Nagl, or Cairoli for for MX1

Searle will 'want it' for sure... having watched him round there on tape he looks pretty dam quick, be great if he could pull off the win in MX2, Tony C could be a hard one to beat no matter who deciedes to hole the stars and stripes flag.... be great to see Dungey having a go!!!!

Cairoli + Searle

Cairoli, cause hes Cairoli and he's hard to bet against.

Searle, because I'm British and biased haha. And still think when Searle finds his A-game stateside he's going to cause a lot of damage. Plus he must still be pretty frustrated from last years results and the SX. Reckon he's going to be on it with all that pent up rage!

The 250F race is going to be kick ass though with him and Rattary back in the mix. Last time they were in the GP's they had a massive gap on everyone (after Cairoli bust his knee). Must be a lot of pride on the line and obviously a lot of new younger, faster riders in the class. Sounds like a riot!

MX1- Cairoli, Alessi, BT or Desalle? lol Nagl will be good it he gets the holeshot too. Phillipearts is tough rider as well as is GL.

MX2 - I would put my money on Roczen, after last weekend, probably Herlings and Musquin on the podium, but I think the track will suit Simpson and Searle/Rattray could podium too - they will be motivated to beat the new generation. And Tyla nearly beat dungey there.
Then there is Frossard, Van Horebeck, Paulin, Roelants, Anstie, Tickle who will all be there or there abouts too

yes ha ha to close to call in either class! I really should add Osborne to MX2 he is flying and will be racing on his home turf- big chance for him to show the US teams what they have missed. And I bet he is looking for at least a podium.

Max Nagl, I think. Cairoli will be fast but if the 350 is a disadvantage anywhere, I think it will be at GH. Townley will be in there but I don't think he can win yet.

I also think Musquin, Roczen and Herlings will be ahead of any US-based guys in MX2. I think Pourcel, Barcia or Weimer would have to be there in order for them to be beat, and that ain't happening.

It will be one of the GP regulars. Any american that thinks he can win this race will fold up like a bed sheet at the 38 minute mark.
