Does any companies offer new four strokes frame modified to accept two stoke engines maybe even rolling chassis’s? I remember hearing about company called Mps but have heard some bad stuff about them.

MPS...lol. Conversions don't seem as popular as a few years ago, may have to do some digging and/or go local with a competent welder.
