So I have a 06 rm125 and I'm thinking about having the engine redone, im also probably gonna have whoever does it do a port and polish as well, and probably a crank rebuild. Can anyone recommend any good engine guys or companies and share your experience with them? Watts perfections is at the top of my list right now.

A trusted local mechanic, support local businesses. Might be cheaper and faster anyway rather than having to ship it out.

From where you are I would Talk to local eastern Tennessee Lutz they have been doing Moto mods for a very long time.

Barrs Competition is in the same town in NC as Watts and that is where Watts learned how to work on motorcycles. Watts posted on Facebook he lost his home / building so not sure where he is working now.
