These triple crown races are going to happen more next year,
But as we all know... the privateers are getting screwed.
How are they going to get sponsors if there’s no exposure...?
With the boring in between race segments why not have one
or two B mains. The top 12 from each 250/450 LCQ’s that didn’t
Make the main events for points and money.!

FELD is trying to make it interesting to the millennials that seem to have a very short attention span and need consistent excitement.

this is not to be dicky...

apply for a job at Feld. then work your way through the ranks. knock one of their daughters up. get forced into marriage. and suck up to the boss man. then, and only then, someone might give a shit what you think about supercross.

It's a lovely idea to think every product out there is designed by the people who use them. makes sense. unfortunately, a lot of successful people believe in their own success, to the point where they think they know whats best for everyone. And sometimes they do know better than the consumer, which really validates that attitude, but when they don't know whats best, they also don't know that they don't know. thats when good products go bad. it happens all the time.

my point is this. Feld's gonna do what they want to do. They certainly aren't going to listen to "fans" of the sport, core or otherwise. They are going to go by their immediate successes and failures, for good or bad. That gauge in this context is TV viewership. The problem with that is without a great visionary, no one will no what those immediate successes or failures mean for the long term of this sport. Until we have a promoter who loves motorcycle racing more than money, there will be no vision for the future of supercross that is in line with the fans.

Makes you really appreciate what Dave Coombs means to the Nationals. He loves motorcycle racing.

Glad you put robbie's picture. The privateers need more exposure and help to make it to the races. Im not a fan of the A2 format
