What's up everybody. This is Tom Parsons. The home a grew up in is for sale right now. It's located in North Central Florida. There is about 6 public tracks within 1:30 minutes. Gatorback is 50 minutes away. WW is 1:35 away. The property has a motocross track and a supercross track. There's about 30k worth of clay. Also a pond, hot tub, and pool. Gym building, 20x20 garage and a 4/2 house. I've partially maintained the tracks since my dad moved to a new house so it's a great base for anyone looking to train riders or want a place for themselves. Been riding there 19 years with no issues. you can't beat the price either. I'll post the link below. Thanks.

I'm looking for that exact type of property and have checked yours out a few times. Unfortunately I have to stay a good ways below Orlando but very surprised it hasn't sold at that great price. Looks like an excellent deal. I have told my riding buddies in Gainesville about it to see if there is any interest.
We have ridden together a few times and I am in that FTT video jumping the triple with you so I am obviously bummed it isn't further South. Good luck.

I hear Waldo Motorsports park is entertaining offers. It is just north of Tom’s old place.

Ooof, seems a lot of Florida moto track owner turnover. FCP also also has a for sale sign posted. Tampa MX was recently sold, and the new owners at Sandlot are preparing to impose a $1000 per year membership.

10 or 20 bucks to ride in Wi. A few great hilly sand tracks too. Only problem is the weather, cold yet 38-45 for a high.
